Verify Condition
Ensure all skates, parts, or apparel are in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in a shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside to prevent processing delays.
Ship and Track
Send the package via your preferred carrier and keep the tracking number; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
